Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Guidelines

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@billoraani.com. The cancellation date is considered the date we receive the written notice—not the date you request it.

  • No-show or cancellation after departure date: 100% forfeited.
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons are non-refundable once booking is completed.
Special Conditions
A. Peak Season & Third‑Party Bookings

Bookings during high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons) or involving third-party partners (like hotels, carriers, tour services) may follow stricter cancellation rules. In such cases, partner terms override this policy.

B. Force Majeure

Events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) may warrant full or partial refunds at Billoraani’s discretion. Changes or cancellations due to such force majeure must be notified within 48 hours of realization.

C. Last-Minute Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a trip once without penalty if done at least 15 days before departure, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of INR 1,000 applies.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank-clearing time may vary; refunds could take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
  1. Send a cancellation or rescheduling request via email to support@billoraani.com. Include:
    • Your booking reference
    • Full name(s) of traveler(s)
    • Travel dates
    • Reason for cancellation/rescheduling
  2. We’ll process your request and send a confirmation email.
  3. Upon approval, refunds will be credited as outlined above.
Modifications & Add-ons

Changes after booking (e.g., additional services or itinerary adjustments) must be requested at least 15 days before departure. Additional costs may apply depending on the services involved.

No-Show or Unused Services

Any missed flights, hotel no-shows, or unutilized services are non-refundable. Credits for future travel may be granted at Billoraani’s discretion, subject to partner terms.

Dispute Resolution

If there’s a disagreement regarding cancellation or refund, please contact our support team at the above email. We strive to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly. As a last resort, unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration under the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, State].
